When you share a line with one or more parties, you'll all get the most from your telephone service if you'll remember. .. Five Golden Rules for party-line neighbors Space your calls instead of making an extended series of them... and talk only as long as necessary. If yours is an emergency call, and the line is in use, ex plain the circumstances to the person using the line. If you are calling from a dial telephone, aluxiys make cer tain the line is clear before you dial. Ask your youngsters not to monopolize the telephone.
